This is justice?

Dear Editor,

The man who was charged with murdering ten people, including eight children, in 1984 was set free not by the parole board, but by technicality.

This is utterly insane. The parole board denied this murderer parole five times over the years, but could not do it for a sixth time? Because he served two-thirds of his sentence and exhibited good behavior, he was set free.

Christopher Thomas should have remained behind bars.

Sincerely,

John Amato
